HISTORY
Alexandra DeWitt was a photojournalist and the girlfriend of
Kyle Rayner. Shortly after Kyle had become the new Green Lantern, Alexandra was brutally killed by the supervillain
Major Force and stuck into a refrigerator, where Kyle found her. The tragedy threatened to tear Kyle apart, and made him go further into the Green Lantern role.
