Synopsis:

Buddy and Ellen go to Paris to celebrate the publishing of Ellen’s children’s book. John Starr, the Time Commander, returns from obscurity and makes time run amok in Paris. Animal Man and his friends in Justice League Europe fight the commander before Buddy realizes that the “villain” is only trying to reshape the world out of his own wish to make it a better place, eliminating death and other tragedies. Animal Man’s attempt to talk sense into the villain is interrupted by Metamorpho knocking the Commander out with a blow to the chin.

Buddy begins to suspect that there is something weird about their lives.

And in the shadows, the killer Lennox is keeping tracks of Buddy and Ellen...
