HISTORY
Gk'd is a revered Fp'yian evaluator, sent by the Guardians of the Universe to evaluate the performance of fellow Green Lanterns when their service is found lacking.

He has served during the war against Nekron and Krona. G'kd was introduced to Arisia of Graxos IV by Hal Jordan of Earth. Gk'd survived the battles against the army of "undead" and was still serving as a Green Lantern through the Crisis. He was then sent by the Guardians of the Universe to evaluate Tahr, apprentice of Wylxa (who had been killed in the Crisis).
Gk'd still serves in the Green Lantern Corps, now that it has been restored and enlarged. He has developed a dislike of Earth's Green Lanterns and they tend to avoid his evaluations.
POWERS AND WEAPONS
As a Green Lantern, Gk'd possesses a power ring and power battery.
