HISTORY


Gleen is a Krolotean Gremlin, a species known for interfering with the evolution of countless species across the universe. He was part of the group that altered Hector Hammond and the Shark to become living weapons they planned to sell to Thanagar. He also experimented on Black Hand. Gleen must have stood out from his fellow Gremlins as he was later selected for the Sinestro Corps.


Gleen was among the thousands on Qward during the capture of Green Lantern Kyle Rayner, and Rayner’s forcible separation from the Ion entity. Parallax was then able to graft himself onto Rayner. Though the Sinestro Corps could not stop the Green Lanterns from taking back Ion, they were able to hold on to Rayner as Parallax. Gleen’s actions during the remainder of the war have yet to be revealed. - Green Lantern: Sinestro Corps Special #1, Green Lantern Vol. 4 #22- #24

Gleen was most recently part of an ambush upon the Green Lantern Corps. A number of Green Lanterns were bringing Sinestro back to his homeworld of Korugar for execution. The Sinestro Corps attempted to free their leader, but was attacked in turn by the Red Lanterns who wanted to kill Sinestro themselves. Final Crisis: Rage of the Red Lanterns #1

Following the events of the Blackest Night, Gleen was next seen once more on Qward. This time attacking the Qwardians on behalf of Sinestro. -Green Lantern Corps Vol. 2 #56-57

POWERS AND WEAPONS


As a member of the Sinestro Corps, Gleen possesses a yellow power ring and power battery.

GLCWP NOTE


Though the Krolotean Gremlins hail from Sector 2811, it has not been explained why Gleen is the Sinestro Corps soldier of Sector 312.
