HISTORY

One of many Red Lanterns, the story of Haggor has yet to be told. It is assumed Haggor suffered a loss due to the actions of the Sinestro Corps. - Green Lantern Vol. 4 #25

The Red Lanterns attacked both the Sinestro Corps and the Green Lanterns to capture Sinestro. The yellow ring wielders were taken to Ysmault to serve as blood sacrifices, but Sinestro was able to escape with the help of his Corps. - Final Crisis: Rage of the Red Lanterns #1, Green Lantern Vol. 4 #25- #38

POWERS AND WEAPONS

As a Red Lantern, Haggor wields a red power ring giving him the capability of flight, survival in space and most dangerously, the ability to spew a napalm-like red plasma from his mouth, which incinerates all it touches.
