HISTORY
Kaylark took part in a "psycho-drama" designed to test the capabilities of Green Lantern Hal Jordan. In the test, Kaylark posed as one of three maddened Green Lanterns who overthrew the Guardians of the Universe in order to get advanced power ring. The prototype rings would have no weakness to yellow.
Hal Jordan had to fight Kaylark, Eddore of Tront, and Galius Zed and retrieve their rings. When Jordan was successful, the test was completed, and the players were revealed. Kaylark went on to study other members of the Corps.
When the Green Lantern Corps was reborn following Hal Jordan's return and the defeat of Parallax, Kaylark once again wielded a power ring. Though he is free of the fear entity, the fall of Hal Jordan into Parallax had shaken her as Kaylark realizes he is her greatest fear.
Presumably, Kaylark later fought Superboy-Prime alongside the rest of the Green Lantern Corps during the event known as Infinite Crisis and fought the Sinestro Corps during the event known as the Sinestro Corps War.

As a Green Lantern, Kaylark possesses a power ring and power battery.
