HISTORY

A childhood friend of Hollika Rahn, Rhandor is an inhabitant of the Isle of Sorcery on the planet Rhoon. Along with Skeev, Brindi and Fian, Rhandor helped defend his island home from attack by the Ministry of Science.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Rhandor possesses elemental powers which give him control over the beasts of his homeworld. He rides a massive bird, and is often seen with a smaller bird which can perch on his hand. It is not know if these birds are one and the same, using Rhandor's magic to change the size of the birds.
