HISTORY

A scientific robotic unit on the planet Potter-59-3, Tekik was given emotions by its master. The motivations behind this act have not been explained, but the repercussions have changed the planet’s history. Tekik felt a strong emotion; instead of gratitude, it felt anger at a life of robotic servitude. It created a program that it simultaneously uploaded to every robot on the planet. This “fear code” resulted in massive casualties from which Potter-59-3 never recovered. Dead and abandoned, Potter-59-3 was renamed “Lost World.” By the late 30th / early 31st century, Lost World was affixed with a gigantic propulsion system which carried it across the stars.

As for Tekik, in the early 21st century, Tekik was chosen to join the Sinestro Corps. Tekik was one of thousands on Qward during the capture of Green Lantern Kyle Rayner, and his separation from the Ion entity. Parallax was then able to graft himself onto Rayner.

Tekik’s activities in the war with the Green Lantern Corps have yet to be detailed.
