HISTORY


Small-time criminal Mark Mardon stole the secret of the Weather Wand from his dying brother Clyde (some say Mark even killed him). With this amazing weapon, Mardon realized that he could control wind, temperature, create lightning and rain and snow. He let the tailor Paul Gambi create a funky costume for him, after which he began his career as the villainous Weather Wizard. Time and again, he was defeated by Barry Allen, the second Flash, mostly solo, but on rare occasions as a member of Flash's Rogues Gallery. He also battled Batman, Robin, and the Elongated Man.
