HISTORY
In 1940, shortly after the Nazi armies conquered most of Europe, a lone man dressed in a green costume similar to Robin Hood, used a sniper rifle to make a terrorist campaign against the conquerors. Starting in Austria, he moved around most of the occupied countries at one time or another, never hesitating to met out final punishment whenever necessary to the brutal Nazi forces.
In mid-1943, however, he left occupied France to wage war against the Japanese forces in the South Pacific under the command of the Allied forces. There he met Suratai, a member of the Black Dragon Society who made it his mission to destroy The Sniper.
Whether or not he was ultimately successful is not known as no known activities of The Sniper are available after late 1944.
POWERS AND WEAPONS
The Sniper was an excellent marksman, unerringly proficient with his long range rifle or at shorter distances. He was a very good hand-to-hand fighter and early in his career, used a sash around his waist as a whip on more than one occasion. He later replaced the sash with a belt.
