OVERVIEW
The aircraft of the All-Star Squadron in the 1940s, the All-Star Special was a modified Curtiss XP-55 Ascender with Star-Rocket Racer motor, designed by Stripesy, a member of the Squadron. The All-Star Special was housed inside the Trylon next to the Perisphere of the New York World's Fair. The aircraft would be launched by a catapult system.
