HISTORY

The leader of international criminal organization, the Council, Anatol was thought to have died when the Council's base was destroyed by Manhunter Paul Kirk, but somehow survived. It was recently revealed that he raised his daughters to succeed him, enhancing their natural abilities to the very limit. However, one of his daughters, now known as Nemesis, rebelled against him, and the other, Ellina, is dead.
