HISTORY
An Italian criminal who has had a career both in and out of his traditional super-villain costume. Angle Man is a master schemer who excels in finding new 'angles' to commit his crimes. He also wields a sophisticated weapon called 'the Angler' that can distort people's directional capabilities. Angle Man was a member of Amos Fortune's 'anti-JLA' team, and briefly joined the Secret Society of Super-Villains. His career seemed to be over when Replicant absorbed his weapon arsenal, but he returned, more competent than ever, and took a mission from Barbara Minerva to steal a magic artifact from Troia.
[Note: Pre-Crisis, Angle Man was a prominent Wonder Woman foe and died in the Crisis on Infinite Earths. This is no longer canonical. However, when reintroduced post-Crisis, he seemingly had a villain career behind him already. It's possible that his non-Wonder Woman-related pre-Crisis appearances are still canonical.]
