HISTORY

Arctor is a planet notable for sub-zero temperatures. Despite this, the Arctorians have created a society with advanced technology and is capable of interstellar travel.

The monarch of Arctor, the Princess Zerna, had observed Earth, and notably its protector, Superman. Smitten with the Man of Steel, she attempted to trade places with Lois Lane by means of a transducer device. Despite some aspects of her transferring to Lane, due to the vast distance each attempt was a failure. Zerna ultimately had to travel to Earth, to use the transducer to merge with Lois Lane but the reporter outsmarted the alien, revealing her scheme to Superman who rejected her. Insulted, Zerna returned to Arctor and has not been heard from since.
