HISTORY
The gimmicked street vehicle formerly used by Green Arrow (Oliver Queen) and his sidekick Speedy. The Arrow-Car (inexplicably called 'the Arrow-Plane' in the beginning) was constructed to remind of the Batmobile, during the time when Green Arrow mostly imitated the Batman's methods. However, it was in use for many years and there were several versions of it, all with various upgrades and re-designs.
In later years, Green Arrow lost his fortune and the car became too expensive to keep. However, various wrecks of the cars became highly prized among collectors of super-memorabilia. When a fully functional Arrow-Car went on the auction block for sale, criminal elements bought it and wanted to use it for their own purposes. Green Arrow had no choice but to destroy it with a Grenade Arrow.
More recently, history repeated itself as another version of the Arrow-Car was sold on an online auction. The criminal Scavenger claimed it for his weapon collection, but the Batman bought it on Green Arrow's behalf. However, Green Arrow chose to destroy this one, too, for his own reasons.
