HISTORY

A gimmicked signal used by Star City's Police Chief Weber to get into contact with Green Arrow (Oliver Queen) during the early days of the hero's career. The Arrow Signal was constructed during the time when Green Arrow mostly imitated the Batman's M.O., and was not in use for very long.
