OVERVIEW

Twin brother to Brigadier General Borah, years ago Balik broke off from the official church of Saturn to form his own religion.

Still, Balik remained in the Saturnian ruling class. He disapproved of the moves towards peace made by the two Saturnian races, Balik was one of several who combined as Cabal to bring an end to the peace process.
