HISTORY
Captured by OMACs, Basketcase was one of hundreds of villains imprisoned beneath Blüdhaven until the OMACs inexplicably shut down. Most of the prisoners had been killed but scores escaped. Basketcase was absorbed into the cloth of Ragman's costume.
