Synopsis: - Bugg is the Network's surveillance man - he watched everything that goes on in Gotham City, and he never sleeps. He sees Orpheus encounter a man who has been being 'treated' by Doctor Excess, but whom the drugs are now killing. He also sees Black Canary pursuing some personal business in the city. Orpheus traces the drugs back to Excess' clinics, and is himself drugged by the doctor, later rescued by Black Canary. He then discovers that a friend of his is on the list of the clinic's patients, but arrives too late to save him.
