Synopsis: - Tarantula finds herself in hot water as she attempts to get her group of former gang members to safety. The Gotham City Police Department's policy is not to shoot all masks on sight, and as the public are demanding results from Commissioner Akins, he orders his men to bring Tarantula's gang in at all costs. Meanwhile, Oracle finally spots Spoiler, who is in terrible shape. Batman takes her to Leslie Thompkins' clinic. The doctor promises to do all she can to help the young hero. Also, Black Mask is organizing another meeting of the gangs, and Batman moves off to help Tarantula, who has most of the GCPD's resources on her tail.
