Synopsis:
Batman responds to a riot at Arkham Asylum. While helping the police fight multiple criminals, he is focused on finding Two-Face. He passes a mysterious figure the White Rabbit. When he reaches Two-Face, he sees that the villain has increased his size and strength, and is calling himself One-Face.
Bruce Wayne attends a charity event detailing his plans to revitalize Gotham. Jack Forbes, an internal affairs officer for the G.C.P.D., threatens Bruce to discontinue his involvement with Batman, Incorporated. Forbes hints that Bruce has a contact inside the department helping him. Jaina Hudson interrupts the two and flirts with Bruce.
