Synopsis: - Since Canary ditched her earrings, Oracle can only hear what's happening to her without being able to offer any support, until she uses the earrings to contact Catwoman and Hunbtress, who have discovered that Braun is holed up somewhere in the former Soviet Union. Batman hands the case over to Oracle (unaware exactly who she's working with), and then things get really bad: not only has Canary been taken to the hidden city of Katchik 9-9, where no plastics can survive, but she is faced with the most deadly woman in the world - Lady Shiva.
