HISTORY
- Called "the Bounty Hunter," it was believed tracking criminals was his only profession. However, he had been both working for the mob and the man known as the Master. Assisted, and watched over, by the artificial intelligence the Pupil, the Bounty Hunter appeared to have gained a reputation in a short period of time. Unfortunately for those he tracked, the Bounty Hunter was known for bringing in his targets dead, though making sure he did not violate any laws in the process.
- In Fairfax, the Bounty Hunter sought mob family head Arthur Manelli for both the reward and under the orders of the Master. He soon ran afoul of Farifax's resident heroes Chris King and Vicki Grant, while in their H-E-R-O-dial generated identities of Waspman and Weather Witch, then later Vibro and Emerald Tiger.
- Having failed in his mission, the Bounty Hunter was caught by the authorities. When it appeared he would betray the Master, the Bounty Hunter was killed by the Pupil who then in turn self-destructed.
- While the Bounty Hunter was chronologically the first of the Master's agents, it is not known if he was a hired agent or a DNA Project clone.
POWERS AND WEAPONS
The Bounty Hunter wore a costume of an unidentified "triple thick" substance which protected him from small arms fire.
