HISTORY

A Cuban drug dealer who moved to Gotham City and set up there, only to be opposed by Catwoman and Robin. He is a strong, vicious fighter with pointed teeth. It has been speculated that he is something more than human, but he was eventually defeated by Robin and Nightwing in New York City.
