OVERVIEW

On the Overmaster's second involvement with Earth, he recruited another Cadre of villains from across the world, many of them having already served on the Cadre of the Immortal, the New Extremists or the Aryan Brigade. In the course of the Overmaster's battle with the Justice League, several of these villains perished.
