HISTORY

This Cambodian general caused a great deal of pain and hardship to Captain Atom. He was the man responsible for the crime that got Nathaniel Adam assigned to Project Atom, used the X-Ionizer to create armor and a sword capable of injuring Captain Atom in his silver form, and ended up working for the Ghost in kidnapping Nate's friends. He was stopped during a final campaign of Captain Atom against the Ghost.
