OVERVIEW

Also known as Carreau, Carl Carnivean. A self-made exile of Heaven, creator and ruler of the Between City. The Carnivore attempted, and briefly succeeded, to take over Heaven and the power of the Presence. He failed due to the interference of Supergirl and her fellow Earth Angels. The Carnivore disappeared, seemingly forever, and though his mother, the demonic Lilith attempted to rescue him, the attempt ultimately failed.
