Just wondering how we will treat creators with multiple names, such as Ed/French Herron, Dorothy Roubiek/Woolfolk, Elizabeth Siafan/Liz Berube, Ernie Chua/Chan ect.

I think for Dorothy Roubiek/Woolfolk, James Owsley/Christopher Priest it would be separate pages. For those with nicknames or different presentations, like Ed vs. Edmond Hamilton it's probably "most common" and in his case I'll opt to Edmond. Cases like Ernie Chan I try to add in " artist = Ernie Chan (as Ernie Chua) " but I admit I have not been entirely consistent.
