HISTORY

A Quraci national, Chanda Madan came to America, where she took a job babysitting Lian Harper (the daughter of Titans member Arsenal). In this position, she found herself pulled into a scheme by other Quraci survivors to assassinate Cheshire, the woman who destroyed their homeland. Realising that her presence close to the Titans could endanger Lian, she left her position and has not been seen since.
