HISTORY

Hong Kong techno-whiz Charlie Lau met stuntman Danny Tsang when he was working as a special effects man for Fragrant Harbour Films. Their friendship endured, and when Danny got his superpowers, it was Charlie who designed all the gadgets used to focus Danny’s power when he started his superhero career as Striker Z.

When Danny migrated to the USA, Charlie joined him, and when Striker Z joined the Power Company, Charlie was still by his side. Charlie has since done a lot of work for Charlie and the rest of the Company. For example, he has investigated the origin of Sapphire’s power gem, re-designed Skyrocket’s armour, and once went into action himself when he helped the Power Company defeat the evil Nyi’tarla.
