HISTORY

Commander Calibax was the leader of a group of interstellar pirates. According to Calibax, years ago they had captured an "Oan technician" who revealed how power ring operated. It was this knowledge that Caliax would put to use in Space Sector 2814.

Running afoul of Green Lantern Hal Jordan, the pirates were forced to scatter and run into hiding.
