HISTORY

A mysterious crime boss who once set up shop in Gotham City providing common or garden crooks with the means and opportunity to commit bigger crimes than they'd ever dreamed of before. Batman believed that the Crimesmith was scientist and celebrity Jeffrey Fraser, but the true mastermind was Fraser's assistant Maya, who killed her supposed boss escaped justice. She is probably still at large.
