Synopsis: - Abra Kadabra recovers from his amnesiac state and engineers a plot whereby a race between Superman and the original Flash will help him get back to the 64th century. The best laid plans, though, are as ever bound to go astray and he is recaptured and imprisoned in a globe of his own construction which is itself placed in a cell in Iron Heights.
- Meanwhile, Piper surrounds himself with a host of rats, perhaps due to a need for companionship.
