Synopsis: - Someone is threatening Harvey Bullock's life, and he asks Batman for help in identifying his would-be killer. He has a couple of close shaves, then pursues Vinnie Starkey, a criminal who once threatened him in court. However, it becomes apparent that Starkey is not the man they are after. In time, it transpires that it is Bullock's landlord, desperate for him to move on, that is trying to do away with him.
