Synopsis: - A man is found dead in a Killer Moth suit, and the only witness says that the man and his killer had a disagreement about his true identity. A coin, scarred on both sides, is also found at the scene of the crime. When Batman investigates, he finds that the dead man was put up to the job by someone who looked very similar to the witness to the crime. Meanwhile, other criminals are rather concerned about the coin found at the crime scene. When Batman heads back to the man's home, he finds a discarded mask there and realizes that the man, who claimed to be called Charlie Tann, is exactly what his name implies, a Charlatan.
