HISTORY

The criminal referred to as Dictionary was active in the 1940s and into the early 1950s as an enemy of the Vigilante. His name "Dictionary" came from his verbose manner of speech. Dictionary was best known for operating as a member of Rainbow Man's gang, but had for at least one incident worked with another Rainbow Man gang member, Shakes in service to the Fiddler (Ben Bowe.)
