HISTORY
A scientist serving the Third Reich, Doctor Nishtikeit fought General Glory and a time-travelling Booster Gold during World War II. He was thrown through time 65 years into his future when the time sphere exploded. For ten years, Nishtikeit amassed a forture and built a global operative network to serve him. Currently, Nishtikeit plots revenge, with General Glory already dead, his target is Boostter Gold.
