HISTORY
Dream, also known by many other names, including Morpheus and the Sandman, was the personification of an idea, one of the Endless family. The ruler of the Dreaming, he was attached to his job, but often too remote from people's feelings, having numerous disastrous relationships in his many millennia of existence. His closest friends were his sister Death and Matthew the Raven. He was killed by the Eumenides and replaced by Daniel Hall.
