HISTORY
The daughter of an unnamed scientist, Gretta used her father's discoveries to embark on a life of crime. Under the guise of the Ace Floor Cleaning company, Gretta and two male accomplices scouted a target the day before. They would put down a special chemical coating that enabled them to absorb body electricity from their victims through their footgear. The trio would return the next day as the Electric Gang.
A short crime spree in Central City brought them into confrontation with the Flash. Not only were they able to defeat the Scarlet Speedster, the hero found he could not remember their battle. In a later robbery, the criminals were foiled not only by the Flash, but by reporter Iris Allen as she discovered the connection between the cleaning company and the robberies. -Flash #242
POWERS AND WEAPONS
The Electric Gang were able to paralyze their victims and absorb their electricity. The trio were also able to convert themselves into electricity, throw electrical charges and similar to the Atom could transport themselves through telephone lines.
