Synopsis:
Firebrand manages not to get killed by the people who attack him, and the lead he follows leads to the rescue of numerous kidnapped children, though the people behind the kidnappings and human experimentation have disappeared. However, he is soon lured back into their sphere of influence, but can do little more than stand by as almost all those involved in the scheme are killed on the orders of Mr. Asch, who is himself captured.
