Synopsis: - Vandal Savage has the three super-speedsters chained up in the church basement while he activates the Summoner, a device which can call an asteroid to Earth, wiping out civilization as we know it. The three heroes are able to trick the youngster guarding them and escape in order to help the people of Keystone City. However, it seems as though Savage has the upper hand over Wally.
