HISTORY

The “hero” called Fred was introduced as a member of Hero Hotline by his teammate Voice-Over. However, since Fred is allegedly both invisible and intangible, and only seems to talk when Voice-Over is around, most of the Hotliners believe that he is in fact one of Voice-Over’s sound illusions and a practical joke. However, Fred's existence has never been completely proven nor disaffirmed.
