HISTORY

A non-corrupt police officer of Irish descent on the night shift of Blüdhaven's police department who was transferred onto the day shift as Officer Dick Grayson's partner when the corruption was weeded out of the city. He did not serve with Dick for long before the latter was asked to leave by Captain Rohrbach, but may have developed a crush on his partner in that time.
