HISTORY

Garv was one of the earliest recruits to L.E.G.I.O.N.. Thrilled by super heroics, he temporarily took the name the Masked Avenger and helped his team mate Strata capture Jiv Reduu. Afterwards, Strata and Garv married. Garv was separated from Strata when she joined the R.E.B.E.L.S. team, but after Lyrl Dox was defeated and R.E.B.E.L.S. disbanded, they were reunited
