HISTORY

Dickson Kurata was a movie director, notable for his lack of originality. When he saw an accident grant super powers to stuntman Danny Tsang, Kurata duplicated the conditions which also granted him powers. Despite naming himself the Golden Sorcerer, Kurata did not have any true magical abilities, though he was powerful. He was ultimately defeated by Striker Z and Superboy.
