Synopsis: - A legal battle is brewing in Star City between the residents of tha Lamb Valley district and the Elevast corporation which wishes to evict them from their homes and build a complex in the city centre. Green Arrow is brought into this when Black Lightning has nice niece, lawyer Joanna Pierce, ask him for financial support for these legal tussles, support he is happy to give.
- And on the construction site, security guards are attacked and killed by troll-like creatures.
