Despite the 'multiple worlds' splash page at the end of the issue, the whole storyline from issues #52 and #54-59 takes place after Infinite Crisis, at some point between 52: Week One and 52: Week Eight.

Synopsis:

Green Arrow is forced to fight Merlyn in an evenly-matched archery showdown, man against man. Meanwhile, emergency teams and Black Lightning are still searching for Speedy beneath the rubble of the Steadman Building. Merlyn finally lures Green Arrow to a rooftop, wheraupon he sets off an extended chain of explosions, blowing up many of Star City's biggest buildings and leaving it in ruins. With Green Arrow understandably distracted, Merlyn impales him on two arrows and leaves him to bleed.
