Comment(s):

The introduction explains the United Planets has seized control over the Green Lantern Corps and quarantined Sector 2814. John Stewart has resigned and while he does not have a power ring, he does have the powers internally.
The Revenant Queen's power ring resembles a Star Sapphire ring, though at this time it may be premature to claim it as such. Presumably it will use Jane as a host, but this is speculation.
Caolán is an Irish name, pronounced as 'kway-lawn' or 'kuhay-lawn.'
Story continued from Green Lantern Vol. 7 #3/2 and continues in the next issue.
