OVERVIEW

Harold Allnut was a mute hunchback who was once employed by the Penguin. Harold was a genius mechanic and inventor, and his weapons were used against Batman. When the Penguin was arrested, Batman offered Harold a job maintaining his equipment in the Batcave. Harold stayed in the Batcave with the dog Ace for several years, until the villain Hush appeared. Hush offered Harold a new body with functioning vocal chords, in exchange for Batman's secret identity. Harold agreed, but instead of receiving his new body, he was killed by Hush.
