OVERVIEW
A World War Two-era mystery man who wore a cloak which could turn him invisible. Invisible Justice participated in the Freedom Fighters' first mission and is thought to have perished while doing so.
HISTORY
Kent Thurston wore a chemically treated cloak that would allow him to become invisible. The origins of the chemical or the cloak itself were never revealed. Beginning as The Invisible Hood, he soon changed his name to Invisible Justice.
After fighting crime for nearly two years, Invisible Justice was asked to join a group of mystery-men by Uncle Sam, which he called The Freedom Fighters. Early on the morning of December 7th, the group attacked an inbound fighter squadron of Japanese Zeros headed for Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The group was destroyed but was unable to stop the majority of the invading force.
Believed dead after the battle, it has been reported that Invisible Justice may have survived, only to be killed in 1974 in Houston TX by the original Mist and Icicle. This has not been confirmed, and may be just a hallucination by the nearly senile Mist.
POWERS AND WEAPONS
Invisible Justice wore a cloak that covered his face and draped over his entire body, turning him invisible at his command. It is not known if it would work on anyone else, or if the formula was applied to any other objects.
Invisible Justice was an adequate hand-to-hand fighter, using his stealth abilities to more than make up for his lack of training in any martial arts.
